3. Personal information this website collects and the reasons we collect it
Any data collected by this website is used strictly for the purposes of managing your order, handling your account and contacting you only when necessary for the purposes of our business relationship.

This website also collects and uses personal information for site visitation tracking. As with most websites, ours uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of visitors to our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages, and to see their journey through the website.

Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. The information is supplied to us from Whoisvisiting.com. Whoisvisiting.com is a service offered by Whoisdata Limited. The Whoisvisiting system does not use your IP address to identify you, the individual, in any way. No cookies are used by the Whoisvisiting system. 3a. Our blog
We do not permit users to add comments to any posts that we have published on our blog, therefore no data is collected or stored via this method.

3b. Contact forms and email links
Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact Us page, or an email link, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section 5. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS sometimes known as SSL meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

3c. Online payments
This website does not store or retain any customer card details. All transactions are securely processed and stored by Paypal. You can view their privacy policy in section 5.

While your email address remains within the Campaign Monitor database, you will receive periodic emails from us informing you of our services, news, changes to our policies and Christmas greetings (approximately 4 times per year)
